Back	26/02/09 LEXUS ADELAIDE TO LINCOLN YACHT RACE & LEXUS LINCOLN REGATTA Lexus of Adelaide was proud to once again be the naming rights sponsor of two of South Australia’s most challenging and popular yacht races – the Lexus Adelaide to Lincoln Yacht Race and the week long Lexus Lincoln Regatta. With a history of support for the racing events and the Port Lincoln Yacht Club, Lexus was excited to be involved in the 156 nautical mile race from North Haven to Pt Lincoln. Our very own Spirit of Lexus (racing on a Farr 42 yacht) competed in the race, coming in at a very respectable fourth place in the IRC category. Following on from the overnight race, Lexus of Adelaide was welcomed into the Port Lincoln community for the week over the course of the Lexus Lincoln Regatta. The full fleet of Lexus luxury vehicles was on display at the Marina Hotel during the Regatta, giving our Pt Lincoln customers the opportunity to test drive many exciting new models. A particular highlight for many clients was the chance to preview the next generation RX 350 prior to its official Australian release. The combination of luxury Lexus vehicles, serious sailing and fine Pt Lincoln hospitality ensured that clients and competitors alike thoroughly enjoyed the week.
