Timelight – "Beyond Our Ticking World"
The Lexus of Adelaide team pride themselves on offering unique and bespoke experiences to our valued Lexus Encore Members and we were thrilled to have the opportunity to invite many of them to join us for an exclusive sensory dining experience in the heart of Adelaide.
The Immersive Table by Aurora, hosted exclusively for our Lexus Encore Members, was held within the inspiring setting of the Aurora Lab event space at ILA in Light Square and was an extraordinary journey through light, sound, and flavour.
As guests arrived, they were welcomed into the Lab Courtyard with a bespoke Gin cocktail and the chance to catch up with fellow Lexus Encore members before they made their way down to The Lab where the incredible sensory experience would take place.

The Lab was transformed into a world of wonder, with 50sqm of LED screens lining the walls and dynamic foreground effects transporting our guests far beyond the ordinary, setting the stage for an evening where dining would become a multi-sensory adventure.
The night’s exclusive theme, Timelight – "Beyond Our Ticking World", brought together by the famed Berlin studio flora&faunavisions, ILA and Aurora Restaurant, was a unique dining experience that was both immersive and introspective - a sensory narrative inviting guests to reflect on their personal relationship with time.
Our guests were guided through an incredibly creative five-course degustation menu with matching wines, curated by Aurora Restaurant’s Executive Chef, Robin Wagner, with pairings many of our guests had never experienced before!
Beginning with a unique bowl of porridge, brie and alfa alfa and finishing with a stunning plate of sweet potato ice cream, muntries and fennel pollen, it truly was a feast for the senses.

Throughout the evening, each course was thoughtfully paired with elements of the immersive theme, creating a dining experience that unfolds like a narrative.
Each dish was not only a culinary delight, but also a creative exploration of texture and taste, perfectly attuned to the shifting visuals and atmospheric soundscapes that surrounded the tables.
It was wonderful to see our Lexus Encore members share moments of awe and connection, as the fusion of storytelling, art, and gastronomy sparked lively conversation and deep appreciation.
Many found themselves lingering over the final course, allowing the meditative ambiance to gently draw the night to a close.
