In mid May, Lexus Encore and Lexus Encore Platinum members were invited to join us at Magill Estate, Penfolds Winery for an exquisite afternoon of grapes and gastronomy.

This exclusive event immersed guests into the stunning world of wine, blending superb and award-winning Penfolds wine with fine dining, whilst enjoying the picturesque setting that is Magill Estate in Adelaide’s foot hills.
The afternoon began with the opportunity to explore the underground cellar and tunnels, followed by a sumptuous multi-course meal in the esteemed Magill Estate Cellar Door private dining room.

Our guests enjoyed champagne on arrival with delicious canapes and the opportunity to look through the stunning all-new Lexus LBX.
Once seated, Lexus of Adelaide General Manager, Wade, took the opportunity to welcome and thank everyone for being a part of such a special afternoon at Penfolds.
Wade then introduced Lexus Australia Senior Manager, Andrew Parrott, who provided guests with an insight into what Lexus has in store over the coming months.

Wade then had the pleasure of officially introducing special guest sommelier and Penfolds Australia Ambassador, Zoe Warrington, who spoke of the history of Penfolds and expertly guided everyone through four stunning courses.
The specially curated menu celebrated the best local ingredients, with an exclusive wagyu beef additional course, all of which was paired perfectly with wine from the estate, including a delicious 2019 Penfolds Grange.

This stunning food and wine experience was complemented by the enchanting tunes from a string quartet and guests also had the opportunity to walk through the Bins surrounding them.
As a special thank you for joining us, guests were gifted a special gift box which contained two Riedel glasses and a bottle of Penfolds wine.
