As part of our Lexus of Adelaide Encore Privileges program, clients were invited to join us for an unforgettable evening at Sean’s Kitchen, where Sean Connolly brought together his favourite menu items from across his group of award-winning restaurants.
With the whole restaurant reserved just for our guests, Sean put together a delicious four-course menu, showcasing specialities from Sean’s Kitchen and from his six other restaurants, paired with delicious premium Australian and New Zealand wines.
With the stunning Lexus UX on display, guests were welcomed by Sean Connolly and given an exclusive insight into each course, whilst enjoying mood setting tunes from The Cast.
The third course featured delicious Wagyu from South Australia’s own Mayura Station, with our guests taken through the history of Wagyu thanks to the Managing Director of Mayura Station, Scott De Bruin.
In between preparing and serving his delicious menu, Sean took the time to speak with all our guests and as a parting gift, he presented every one with a personally signed ‘My Family Feast’ cookbook and a bottle of his famous hot sauce.
