The Lexus of Adelaide team were extremely proud to support the Make-A-Wish Gala Ball presented by Lexus of Adelaide for the fourth year, and what an incredible night it was!
This year’s Gala Ball was held at the Adelaide Convention Centre and guests were invited to celebrate the roaring 20’s in style and elegance, to support the extraordinary work of the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Wade Sander, Lexus of Adelaide General Manager says, “We were very excited to be on board for the fourth year. The Make-A-Wish Gala Ball is an incredibly uplifting fundraising event, and positively contributes to the health and wellbeing of all the children and families involved.”
As well as celebrating the 20th Make-A-Wish Gala Ball, this year celebrates 35 years of the organisation granting wishes for critically ill South Australian children. The aim was to raise over $120,000 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation’s Adelaide branch, which equates to enough money to grant 25 cherished wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions and to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy.
Hosted by Gertie Spurling, the night was packed full of entertainment and surprises with performances from Bellarouge Dance Company, Entertainment Adelaide and Gospo Collective.

A special moment during the evening was where a young boy was welcomed to the stage and granted a special wish which included being presented with a Playstation, TV, MacBook Pro and games.
Guests also had the chance to bid on some amazing auction items including luxury holidays and exclusive experiences auctioned by Troy Tyndall, with all proceeds going to Make-A-Wish.
Make-A-Wish Australia aims to grant 500 wishes a year, with between 30-50 magical wishes being granted in South Australia. Since Make-A-Wish began in Australia, they have proudly granted more than 10,000 wishes to children in Australia.
