We remain open and continue to offer our essential services, including vehicle servicing, new, demonstrator and pre-owned vehicle sales and offering parts and accessories.
Our highest priority is the health and safety of our clients, team, suppliers and visitors. We have adopted best-practice measures such as increased cleaning and hygiene in our showroom and service, guest lounge, washrooms and office areas, plus continuing to offer our complimentary Service Valet and home test drives.
Whilst you are visiting our dealership, you will be required to wear a mask. If you do not have access to one, we will have disposable masks available at reception. Our customer facing staff will be required to wear a mask and all staff will be required to wear them in our public common areas, such as our customer service lounge and showroom.
We understand that you may not be able to, or feel comfortable, leaving your house. Your safety and peace of mind is our highest priority. To ensure we can continue to assist you during this time and can anticipate your needs, we are continuing to offer the following complimentary services.
Home Test Drives
If you would like to test drive a new, demo or pre-owned Lexus vehicle, your salesperson will bring the vehicle to your home, work or location of your choice to test drive. Upon arrival, the vehicle’s touch points will be sanitised before you get behind the wheel, our team will continue to practice social distancing and you will be able to test drive the vehicle by yourself. Our team will be able to take you through the vehicle’s many features before and after the test drive, or if you prefer, connect your phone to the vehicle’s BlueTooth (where possible), and they will be able to talk to you whilst you drive your new car.
Service Valet | Vehicle pick up and drop off
To ensure that your vehicle continues to be maintained and meets its scheduled servicing requirements during this time, we are continuing to offer our complimentary vehicle pick up and drop off service. If required, we will collect your vehicle from your home, office or preferred location^, provide you with a service loan car* and then drop your vehicle back to you, thoroughly cleaned and sanitised inside and out.
Build & Price Your Lexus
If you’re looking to purchase a new Lexus, you can select your preferred options through our Build and Price portal. Once submitting your unique vehicle, our team will be in touch over the phone to discuss your preferences and even offer a virtual tour if the model, or similar model, is currently in stock at our dealership.
Search Pre-owned Vehicles
We have a range of quality luxury pre-owned vehicles available for you to browse through on our website. When you find one you like, simply submit an enquiry online and a member of our team will be in touch to discuss the vehicle with you and if you like, organise a home test drive.
